Diffusion
Bonding
A variety
of equipment at PMTI can be used to do diffusion bonding. Depending
on the application, the process variables of temperature, force,
and atmosphere need to be managed, and PMTI has the ability to
assemble the necessary system. The Heatherington Furnace and the
Hot Press are two such systems that are commonly used to do diffusion
bonding.

including ultra-high vacuums.
